Repair Invoice

I AM REQUESTING THE MOVING OF MY APPLIANCE, AND UNDERSTAND THAT ERI APPLIANCES REPAIR  OR ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO FLOORS, WALLS, ETC.

Parts purchased and installed by ERI Appliances Repair carry a 3 month warranty. Labor warranty, 3 month. Labor only invoices are warranted for 30 days. On non-residential use the warranty is thirty (30) days on both parts and labor. ERI Appliances Repair reserves the option to void warranty and refund full job charge. Warranty voided if (1) appliance moved from premise of orginal repair; (2) serviced or tested by person or company not authorized in writing by 'ERI Appliances Repair; (3) invoiced charges not paid in full. SERVICE CHARGES DURING WARRANTY PERIOD. Regular service call rates will be charged after 30 days from original service date. Warranty service calls will be scheduled between the hours 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Consequential damages, incidental expense, including water damages and food spoilage are not covered. Warranty is not transferable. No other warranty is expressed or implied other that what is written above. ALL CHARGES ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. SERVICE CALL AND DE- POSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $30.00 FOR ALL BAD CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS. I hereby accept above performed service as being satisfactory and acknowledge that equipment has been left in good condition. *
